I was hurt to hear my doctor Ms. Jennifer was leaving because she was awesome and very sweet ,she took time with me and I really appreciate that ,but when I met my new doctor Ms Kam I was amazed she was friendly ,full of life ,funny and I felt very comfortable with her so with that said I'm very happy here oh yeah the ladies at the front desk are all kind ,lots of smiles and very helpful so I do want to thank them as well .

Dr Chan is attentive, polite, brilliant and funny! She makes visits comfortable and helpful. The entire staff appears to love their work and us! It’s an amazing comfort when your anxious about your visit.

Dr. Chan has been my primary physician for a few years. She always takes time to listen to me and make sure that she understands. We discuss options and she genuinely seems to have my best interests in mind.

Dr. Chan has been my primary care physician since she joined the practice a few years ago. She is very thorough, take the time to listen to my questions and provides excellent feedback. She is friendly, caring and prompt with follow up. I would recommend her highly.

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Kim Chan. The office is very clean and organized, the staff is friendly and attentive, kind and patient. My appointment was on time, and Dr. Chan was great. She is kind, patient, and most of all, she listens. She was sensitive to the insurance that I have (which most doctors are not), and she has placed me on a path to treat some of the minor issues I have been experiencing. The staff sent me home with a patient portal where I will be able to communicate with the staff, and check on appointment times and history. This should prove to be very convenient. I feel as though I am in good hands!

Dr. Chan is kind, patient, considerate and compassionate. She is knowledgeable and thorough in dealing with my issues and concerns. Everyone should be lucky enough to have a doctor like her. I have recently learned that she will no longer be at West Ashley. That is very unfortunate and I deeply regret that I will no longer be in her care!!!

Dr Chan, Miss Robin, Wes, Courtney, and entire staff are outstanding. Any calls are answered in a timely manner. My nearly 85 yr old mom has been a patient of Dr. Chan for many years. She is the absolute most competent physician I've encountered. Caring, and on top of all my mom's meds, concerns, minor and major health issues. We dearly love her and her entire staff.
